The 5 hour Rule: Read, Reflect, Experiment!

Most successful leaders, despite being extremely busy, have set aside at least an hour a day (or five hours a week) over their entire career for activities that could be classified as deliberate practice or learning.

This is a one hour purposeful activities practiced every day. This phenomenon is the 5-Hour Rule.

The 5-hour rule often fall into three buckets: Reading, Reflection, and Experimentation.

If you were given a 5 minute to sit with your career leader, I’m sure you would have millions of questions than you are chanced to ask. Having a book written by such career leader is like having him all to yourself for as long as you complete you want. So what other formular to greatness than reading, reading and reading?
